Task
Während deines Traineeprogramms „Graduate Specialist Program Entwicklung - Lineartechnik“ durchläufst du in 18–24 Monaten verschiedene Fachabteilungen im In- und Ausland, die auf dich persönlich abgestimmt sind. Die Zielposition nach dem Programm ist eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe in der Produktentwicklung.
- 4-6 Stationen, inklusive einer Auslandstation: Erhalte umfassende Einblicke in verschiedene Bereiche im Entwicklungsumfeld, wie z. B. der Achsenentwicklung, Applikation oder Kugelgewindeentwicklung. Mögliche Stationen können zudem im Bereich Produktmanagement und Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie angesiedelt sein. Du wirst außerdem in angrenzende Fachbereiche eingebunden und kannst wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln.
- Anspruchsvolle Inhalte: Treibe gemeinsam mit uns das Komponentenportfolio der Lineartechnik einen Sprung nach vorne. Dabei erwarten dich spannende und herausfordernde Fach- und Projektaufgaben mit operativen und strategischen Aufgabenstellungen.
- Exklusives Mentoring: Während des Programms unterstützt dich ein:e Mentor:in aus dem oberen Führungskreis bei deiner fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung. Zudem begleitet dich ein:e aktuelle:r Teilnehmer:in aus dem Traineeprogramm beim Onboarding.
- Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag und flexibler Starttermin: Wir passen den Starttermin an deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse an. Du bist von Beginn an Teil unseres Teams und übernimmst Verantwortung ab Tag 1.
- Netzwerk: Während des Programms vernetzt du dich durch unser Trainee-Netzwerk und interne Veranstaltungen sowohl innerhalb verschiedener Abteilungen in Deutschland als auch mit internationalen Kolleg:innen aus dem Bosch Konzern.
Profile
Du begeisterst Dich für Themen rund um die Entwicklung und Konstruktion im Bereich der Lineartechnik und möchtest die Zukunft vorantreiben und mitgestalten? Eigenverantwortung und Kreativität zeichnen dich aus. Darüber hinaus bringst Du Folgendes mit:
- Ausbildung: Du schließt dein Studium im technischen Bereich (wie z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang) mit überdurchschnittlichem Diplom/Master (gerne auch Promotion) ab.
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: Du konntest dich bereits in anspruchsvollen Industriepraktika im Entwicklungsumfeld von Maschinenbauprodukten oder im Bereich Mechatronik bewähren. Erste Erfahrungen mit CAD-Tools und Kenntnisse im Bereich Zuverlässigkeits- und Tragbarkeitsberechnungen zeichnen dich aus. Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement mit.
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Du zeichnest dich durch deine Kommunikationsstärke, innovatives Denken sowie durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung aus. Du bist fachlich flexibel und freust dich auf abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in unterschiedlichen Funktionen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams bereitet dir Freude.
- Sprachen: Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
