Task
Für unser Team in Berlin suchen wir talentierten Vertriebsnachwuchs mit Interesse und Potential an einer Karriere im technischen Vertrieb für den Bereich Brandmeldesysteme, Sprachalarm- und Evakuierungssysteme. Sie erhalten mittels eines Seminarprogramms eine intensive Ausbildung u.a. in den Bereichen Vertriebstechniken, Kommunikation und Gebietsmanagement. Hier werden Sie an folgende Aufgaben herangeführt, die später zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsfeld gehören:
- Ermitteln von Absatzmöglichkeiten durch Präsenz am Markt
- Bedarfsfeststellung beim Kunden
- Präsentation von Produkten und Lösungen
- Erstellen und gezieltes Verfolgen von Angeboten
- Systematisches Erstellen und Präsentieren von Wettbewerbsbetrachtungen
- Unterstützung der Sales Manager (w/m/div.)
Auf längere Sicht besteht die Perspektive eigenverantwortlich einen Verkaufsbezirk als Sales Manager (w/m/div.) zu betreuen. Vorteilhaft dafür wäre ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Elektrotechnik
Profile
- Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Know-How: Fundiertes Wissen im IT- und Netzwerkbereich und wünschenswert zusätzlich im Bereich der Sicherheitstechnik
- Erfahrungen: Interesse an einer vertrieblichen Tätigkeit mit technischem Bezug, idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Sales
- Persönlichkeit: Verkaufstalent und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
- Qualifikation: Beherrschen von Präsentationstechniken und Vorhandensein einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sprachen: Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Zertifikate: Führerschein Klasse B
