Your Mission:

As a Consultant in our Go-to-Market Practice, you will be an architect in defining and implementing the market strategies that bring Bosch’s innovations to the world to create new markets. You will work on high-visibility projects, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams, and directly influence our competitive positioning and revenue growth.

Many of our consultants continue their careers in leadership, strategy, business development or innovation roles across Bosch after building a strong consulting foundation.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Go-to-Market Strategy Development: You define and implement robust go-to-market strategies for new products, services, software, solutions with our clients, ensuring successful market entry and sustainable, profitable growth.
• Market Intelligence & Analytics: Through in-depth market data analysis, innovative methods and the calculation of sound business cases, you continuously refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Pricing Optimization (focus area): You drive pricing excellence by applying advanced pricing strategies and value-based pricing models, particularly for digital, software, and solution-based offerings.
• Sales Channel Optimization: By developing and implementing effective sales strategies, you accelerate market penetration, from channel management, key account management and partnerships to e-commerce and emerging sales models.
• Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: You conduct or support on complex negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, if needed, and build consensus to drive project success.
• Project Leadership: Last but not least, you lead high-impact consulting projects in international and cross-functional environments, developing teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate a compelling blend of strategic thinking, practical execution, and a passion for technology.

• Education: completed university studies in Business Administration, Economics, Business Mathematics, or a comparable quantitative/analytical field
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience at a top-tier consultancy with proven pricing expertise; several years of experience in market strategy, sales development, business development, or innovation commercialization, ideally including external consulting; strong expertise in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, with proven success in pricing (e.g., in software, data and IoT solutions), sales, negotiation, channel and partnership management, key account management, and online sales; solid knowledge of pricing, product management, and marketing, combined with proficiency in sales & marketing methods and tools such as value-based pricing, war gaming, and the Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Meter; you understand how go-to-market disciplines interact, have strong project management skills, and a track record of driving business growth and market success; you are experienced in applying cutting-edge GenAI tools and AI agents in your daily consulting work
• Personality and Working Practice: you combine analytical & creative problem solving: you define complex problems clearly, conduct high-quality analysis, develop logical, hypothesis- and evidence-based recommendations, and propose creative, practical, "outside-the-box" solutions; you build trust-based relationships, articulate complex ideas with clarity and persuasion; you listen actively; you demonstrate a competent appearance and presence suitable for executive presentations; you possess a strong drive for continuous improvement, a knowledge-sharing mindset, and an eagerness to create new solutions and methodologies
• Work Routine: willingness to work on-site at client locations when required
• Enthusiasm: a strong passion for the consulting field and a drive to stay at the forefront of Go-to-Market developments; you are committed to actively contributing to BMC/IN's development of Bosch Management Consulting and providing optimal support to Bosch
• Languages: fluent written & spoken English and excellent written & spoken German

In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 121.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
